If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.
Here’s what to do:
Take photos of:
- The external box.
- The shipping label on the box.
- The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.
- Please send all photos to me via email within 7 days of receiving your artwork so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I do take commissions on selected works only.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required before the commission begins.
When the artwork is at a mid-way point, I will provide a photo of the piece as a work in progress to you. You are then able to submit one round of revisions.
Once agreed upon, you can then complete the purchase and pay the remainder owing after which your artwork will be sent via courier to you
